Shepherdstown WV July 4 Parade and Community Picnic  Email Event
	Date:	7/4/2010
	Time:	3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
	Description:	Everyone is invited to this year's Independence Day parade and community picnic in Shepherdstown WV on July 4. The parade will step off at 3:00 p.m. at the top of German Street and proceed all the way to the Rumsey Memorial Park on Mill Street. The picnic will be held right afterwards at the Rumsey Park, and last until 9:00 p.m. The picnic is intended as a wholesome, family-oriented event with activities for young and old. Entertainment will be provided and food will be available for purchase. Admission will be free. The parade and picnic are co-sponsored by Shepherdstown's Parks and Recreation Committee and the Shepherdstown Rotary Club.
	Location:	Downtown Shepherdstown
	Directions:	From Frederick, take US Alt 40 northwest to Boonsboro. At the first light, turn left (west) on to State route 34. Follow 34 into Shepherdstown.
