Biz Ink: February 2018
Knowing Your body
The new year has brought with it a chance for clients of Holistic Health Associates, 603 B W. Patrick St., to attend classes and workshops to learn more about movement, eating well and self-care, including how to find balance in your life. Nutrition classes teach the basics and essentials to a healthy diet and there’s also a class on how to de-junk your pantry so that using convenience food to save time also is a healthy option. Beating the winter blues is another offering on the class schedule with ways to conquer the winter blahs.
The center also offers acupuncture, massage, detox, nutrition and meditation services in “a wellness-minded community to support and promote a greater well-being,” according to its website. www.hhamd.com
